Leslie Rosedahl (Chair) is the founder of Rosedahl Public Affairs, a consulting firm specializing in communications and grassroots advocacy and advises clients based on 18 years of issue-campaign experience. She previously served as Director of Communication and Advocacy for the largest state government relations team in Minnesota, and as a senior advisor and Public Affairs Director for the MN Senate Republican Leader. She also serves on the boards of the St. Paul Area Chamber of Commerce and MN YMCA Center for Youth Voice.

Rachel Bakke is currently serving as the Legislative Assistant to the Minnesota Senate Minority Leader in the Republican caucus as well as currently serving on the Board of Directors for the Minnesota Excellence in Public Service. Rachel has been involved in leadership positions with various state senate campaigns for the past six years helping to maintain and grow the Republican majority across the state. She is in her 3rd year at the Mitchell Hamline School of Law and serves as the Treasurer for the Student Bar Association.

Michelle Benson is a former State Senator from Ham Lake, Minnesota, and served as Chair of the Senate Health and Human Services Committee. She sought the Republican endorsement for Governor of Minnesota in 2022.

Anna Boroff is the Vice President of State Government Affairs for Comcast. She is Comcast’s lead advocate with state governments in Minnesota and Wisconsin, including the State Legislatures, Governor’s offices, and broadband offices. She is the former Executive Director of the Minnesota Cable Association and has spent her career influencing public policy. Previously, she was the senior public policy director at the Minnesota Corn Growers Association, assisting farmers in developing federal and state policy and connecting them to elected officials. 

Her beginnings in politics came as first as an unpaid intern, and then in working for six years at the Minnesota House of Representatives, spending the last two years as senior leadership staff for the MN House Republican Caucus.  Anna is a gubernatorial appointee to the board of directors of the Center for Rural Policy &Development, as well as a gubernatorial appointee to the board of the Minnesota Zoo. She also serves as a board member at the Minnesota Technology Association (MN Tech), and Anna was a 2020-21 participant in the MN Chamber of Commerce’s Leadership program. 

Gina Countryman is former Executive Director of Minnesota Action Network and advocates for center-right policies throughout Minnesota. Gina has a long history of helping to elect Republicans through her work as a party activist, the Republican Party of Minnesota, and at the offices of Congressman Erik Paulsen and Governor Tim Pawlenty.

Lori Grivna is the Director of Public Affairs and Government Relations at Amundson Strategies, LLC and is on the board of directors for Minnesota Excellence in Public Service (MEPS). She served as a former Senior Policy Advisor and Assistant Commissioner under the Pawlenty administration. Grivna was elected twice to the Mounds View School Board and was a candidate for the Minnesota House.

Allyson Hartle

Angie Huss works for the State Government Relations team at Lockridge Grindal Nauen P.L.L.P. She formerly served as District Outreach Coordinator in Congressman Erik Paulsen's Minnesota office and as the Political Director and Field Office Manager on two of his re-election campaigns. Prior to that, she worked for the Republican Party of Minnesota where she focused on engaging young voters and recruiting volunteers for races across the state.

Amy Koch has the unique distinction of being the first female Senate Majority Leader in MN history and currently works as a political consultant. She leads a popular podcast, “Wrong About Everything,” and is frequently called on as a conservative spokesperson. She is also a mom to Rachel and served as a Russian Linguist in the US. Air Force.

Barbara Malzacher is a long-time fundraising and communications consultant. Barbara honed her expertise in fundraising and communications by leading and working with several candidates and organizations including former MN Speaker of the House Kurt Zellers, former candidate for U.S. Senate and current Fox News contributor Pete Hegseth, former Senate Republican Leader David Hann, and Intellectual Takeout/Better Ed, a nonprofit think tank in Minnesota. She is fluent in German and is active in local, state, national politics and in the school choice movement.

Annette Meeks has a wide range of demonstrated dynamic and creative leadership. She served as the Deputy Chief of Staff to Speaker of the House Newt Gingrich, managed a multi-million-dollar congressional campaign, was involved in the earliest discussions of what would eventually become known as "The Contract with America," and served as the endorsed Republican Party candidate for Lt. Governor in 2010. She currently serves as founder and CEO of the Freedom Foundation of Minnesota and frequently provides public policy and political commentary on local television and radio shows around the state.

Katie Misukanis Pan is Principal of Misukanis Government Relations, a consulting firm specializing in education and grassroots advocacy efforts based on 12 years of experience. She previously served as Director of Government Relations at Rasmussen University where she advocated for school choice and access. She has served as the liaison to state agencies and done excessive coalition building with external stakeholders. She served on many local boards including Chambers of Commerces and education choice organizations. 

Becky Scherr is a former Executive Director of the Minnesota Republican Party, supporting Minnesota republican leaders and working to elect republicans up and down the ballot in 2020. Becky has spent time in the MN Senate, worked on numerous campaigns including two statewide races, a presidential campaign, and in 2018 managed a top tier congressional race in Minnesota. Recently, Becky spent three years serving as Communications Director in Congressman Tom Emmer's Washington D.C. office.

Amanda Tinsley has worked at the Minnesota House of Representatives since 2012, in both policy and communications roles. She previously managed multiple successful campaigns for State Representative, and is a graduate of the George Washington University Graduate School of Political Management.

Amy Walstien is a government relations professional who has spent 20 years at the intersection of law and politics as an attorney, lobbyist, policy advisor, and legislative staffer. Experienced in a wide range of legal and government matters, Amy is well-known for her subject-matter expertise in business issues, education/workforce policy, and election law. Amy serves on the boards of MN Excellence in Public Service, the Minnesota Jewish Community Relations Council, and the Minnesota Governmental Relations Council.

Annie Whitesel is a Senior Director at UnitedHealthcare and started her career in Chicago where she spent 5+ years in management consulting working for health plans, payers and providers. Originally from Indianapolis, Annie holds degrees from Indiana University where she was a 4-year Division 1 Rower and a Masters from Northwestern University. Annie is a proud supporter and alumni of the Minnesota Excellence in Public Service Program and has worked on Congressional campaigns writing press releases and communication pieces. In addition to serving as secretary for Women LEAD, Annie is on the Board of Directors for Wayside Recovery Center. She resides in St. Louis Park with her husband and two young children. 

Jessica Young is a government relations professional with close to 10 years of experience. Jessica began her career at the Minnesota Senate Republican Caucus as a Legislative Assistant. Later, after gaining experience in public affairs at a local firm, Jessica returned to the Senate Republican Caucus as a Researcher. Jessica then served as the Committee Administrator for the Senate Finance Committee in 2020, working with chairwoman State Senator Julie Rosen. In Jessica's current role she works on healthcare policy issues, lobbying at the state level. Jessica graduated from Bethel University and is a resident of Eagan, Minnesota. 

Amy Zipko has been a committee administrator and researcher in environment and natural resource issues at the Minnesota House of Representatives staffer since 2011. Her additional experience includes serving in the communications department for Minnesota Governor Arne Carlson, in communications and legislative roles at three different state agencies for Governor Tim Pawlenty, and as a private-sector lobbyist.
